You and Kosmitech Solutions will be embarking on a partnership; I provide a white glove boutique ERP solution at a low cost, while you provide feedback which will be used to develop the product further. The goal of Kosmitech is not become a leader or a giant in the ERP industry, it is to supply exceptional service and value, that can’t be found with other ERP vendors, to just five or six customers. That’s it.
As part of our partnership agreement, we both should have a mutual interest in both parties succeeding. I only do business with companies that are $100 million or less in revenue because I have the most experience in that range, processes are more bootstrapped, and both of us can benefit one another to a larger degree. Not just software – a partnership.

SaaS Option: This option is for small businesses that want an ERP that wont break the bank. Maybe you’re tired of using paper work orders. Maybe your business metrics on a whiteboard. Maybe you are tired of tracking everything in Excel. This option is a nice first step that will give you calculated metrics and inventory in real-time.
Custom Implementation Option: This option works like a traditional ERP implementation with paid support: you are licensed Kosmos ERP, and I help install it and configure it to your company's needs. There is a monthly maintenance, support, and licensing fee rolled into one.
A user at your company is a designated administrator who takes care of adding new employees, unlocking accounts, and disabling them in the system. If you have an IT department with database skills, they handle Tier 2 support, such as fixing database issues or tracing discrepancies in reporting metrics. I will always handle Tier 3 support that requires code level investigations and fixing and publishing of code.
Purchase The Code Option: You get lifetime access to the Git codebase which will include updates and features branches. Licensing comes in two forms: Self-use and Resale. Self-use licensing dictates that you can not utilize the codebase to resell the product to others or modify it to utilize multi-tenancy. This licensing allows you to use the code to compile and run privately on-premises or in the Cloud with restrictions to rebranding and reselling.
Resale license is for coding firms, holding groups, and large firms that allows you to resell Kosmos as your own brand however you see fit. This licensing will come with an annual maintenance fee of 10%.
I will ensure that the software is configured, that the database is setup and accessible, and that the reporting platform is setup and accessible. I will initially walk through the application and database designs with your developer or IT team. They can contact me anytime with questions about the system, but I will not support the daily operations of Kosmos ERP after you begin modifying the code.
Licensing dictates that code is non-exclusive to your company and can be sold by me multiple times.
